Hi Annette. I've added the magic 5 poses from our last session on the 15th May. These postures will be a lifesaving antidote to long days at work.

  1. Recognise the posture within the posture: cat cow inside half-lift inside plank
  2. Rotate shoulders externally in childs pose and downward dog (tennis balls in armpits)
  3. Identifying what is required to strengthen and what is required to let go
