Practicing yoga one-on-one showcases the full spectrum of what yoga has to offer. As well as developing general health and wellbeing, yoga can be used therapeutically to target specific ailments and injuries.

Yoga can be used to compliment an existing exercise program, to speed recovery, encourage correct posture and alignment for increased performance and longevity. The studio is also equipped with a yoga wall for use during private sessions.

There is no limit to how we can approach privates (one person) and shared privates (up to three people). All styles are on offer; heated and unheated, strong and dynamic or yin, restorative or meditation. Sessions can also be more rehabilitative, taking advantage of Paige’s knowledge as an Exercise Scientist and come March 2021 Accredited Exercise Physiologist.



If we haven't worked together in the past 12 months. Includes a 75 minute session plus a tailored home program.



Schedule a session weekly, fortnightly or when you need. Includes a 60 minute session plus home program.

    +  Sessions must be paid in advance either by direct debit or credit card.
    +  At least four hours notice required for any session to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than four hours notice are forfeited.
    + All sessions are one hour except for initial session which is 75 minutes.
