Lately we’re all using our bodies a little differently. Many more hours sitting. Much more screen time. Less of the exercise we’re used to. Highly stressed. Crappy sleep.

You might have been left in the lurch with an old injury. You might have just developed something new. There’s often a few simple things you can do at home to find relief. We’ll help where we can.

Twice a week an online meeting will be available for anyone who would like to connect online and ask questions.

We’ve set it up to work in a similar way to the before and after of a yoga class. When you might pop in a bit early or stay a bit later to ask about a sore low back or a weird shoulder thing or a strange sensation when you do a particular posture. It will be very informal, you can stay for the entire hour or pop up at some point during the clinic, ask your question and leave.
