PRIVATE SESSIONS

Yoga is a powerful tool and private sessions take that power and multiply it.

There is no limit to how we can approach privates (one person) and shared privates (up to three people). All styles are on offer; heated and unheated, strong and dynamic or yin, restorative or meditation. Sessions can also be more rehabilitative, taking advantage of Paige’s knowledge as an Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

RETREATS

As with everything we offer, we believe in quality, tailored experiences. This means we don’t take a million people on retreat.

What we do is the sometimes uncomfortable work that makes a difference in how you live life post retreat. Our retreats are planned around how you leave. What you feel, what you learn, how you change. Our retreats are designed to be powerful and profound circuit-breakers.
