This program is designed for those looking for a different set of tools to manage the ups and downs.

If you keep bouncing around looking for ways to manage the inevitable "stuff" that arises in life, maybe something completely different is called for.

When: Start anytime. Each week for six weeks you’ll receive an email announcing the content and audio practices for that week.

Cost: $39. This gives you access to the course for 12 months.

What to expect: Each week you’ll be spending some time reading, usually 10-15 minutes as well as reflecting on some key questions. The essence of the course are the practices you listen to, ideally 3-4 times per week. Most practices are 15-20 minutes.
